ZillowVERIFIEDEnrique is very knowledgeable, with the help of his marketing skills we got our house listed and sold quickly! He has a lot of patience and guided us through the entire process of selling and buying a home. He was available to answer questions regardless of day or time which we greatly appreciated. My husband and I would recommend Enrique to our friends and family because we know he will guide them with patience and expertise through the real estate process which can be very overwhelming at times. It is important to have someone at your side who is experienced, patient, caring and will negotiate responsibly on your behalf and Enrique that person.

He is professional and patient when it comes to showings and answering any questions we may have. He is always available and makes you feel comfortable to reach out to him. ZillowVERIFIED Buying and selling a home is not easy, Enrique was able to help us do both! He helped us purchase our first home 9 years ago, and being a first time buyer we had a million questions, in which he was very knowledgeable and able to answer all of them. He always had time for showings and very punctual. We had a great experience with his service the first time, so when we needed to sell, we came back to him. Highly reccomend him, he is always available to answer any questions, very friendly and professional. I will definitely acquire his services once again when the time comes.

ZillowVERIFIED We are so happy we selected Enrique to represent us in the sale of our home. He was very familiar with our area and was always there if we had questions. Enrique was quick to advise us of the step by step process of the sale and was quick to explain all documentation that required our review and signature. He relieved us of much of the stress related to selling. We would refer Enrique to anyone looking to sell their home.

ZillowVERIFIED Oh my God he is the most experience, professional, punctual, down to earth broker I have ever known. He goes above and beyond his duties so you can be happy and answer All your questions. He is always there when you need him and I love the fact that he is very humble. I have know a few brokers in my life and they become cocky after a while, but not Enrique, and I admire that in a person being so excellent at what he does and still being well grounded. You will never be lost when you are in the real state world with Enrique at your side. He always goes the extra mile to help you out. Pinnacle company is very lucky to have Enrique on their side.

ZillowVERIFIED I am a resident of Bay area (CA) and my job got relocated to Burbank, I asked my real estate agent from Century 21 to recommend someone who can help me find a decent town home in SFV.The agent recommended Enrique as he told me Enrique was the best in the area. He exceeded my expectations. He is knowledgeable, approachable, personable, endlessly patient, and incredibly generous with his time. He answered every question and explained every form and every part of the process clearly and thoroughly. Buying a home in this market is challenging, but working with Enrique made it as painless and straightforward as possible. We highly recommend him and will work with him in the future.

ZillowVERIFIED I highly recommend Enrique for selling and/or buying a house. My experience working with him was very pleasant from the very first day. His knowledge of the real estate market is very extensive, specially when dealing with the San Fernando valley. What I liked most about working with him was the fact that he listened to what I was looking for and did not waste my time. He showed me only homes that he knew fit my needs as I discribed them to him. He returned my calls, texts, or emails right away and was always available when I needed him. If you want to minimize the stress of selling and buying your next home, I say give him a call. Make him your agent!

ZillowVERIFIED From the start, Enrique was very personable, attentive, and professional. After meeting Enrique, we did not bother to interview another agent. Our positive impression of Enrique was confirmed when Enrique subsequently sold our property before it was even listed! If you are looking for an agent who is a go-getter this is the agent to talk to. Enrique gets it done!

ZillowVERIFIED You wont have to worry about a thing with Enrique he takes care of everything. He brings all documents to your dinning room table and explains each and every detail to you. When I fell ill and had to be hospitalized Enrique brought documents to my bedside and sent a traveling Notary to my room. It sounds corny or cliche to say he became like family but I feel he really did. My Son sought him out for advice on the purchase of a Condominium. Enrique took the time to explain the current market to him and he wasn't even my Sons agent! If you want to sell your house with no head ache Enrique is the only choice.

ZillowVERIFIED I would recommend Enrique Sifuentes to anyone looking to buy or sell real estate. In fact, this was the second time we worked with Enrique even though there was a gap of 7 years. He is experienced, hard working, responsive, organized, knowledgeable in all aspects of real estate, and he has your best interests at heart. Most of all he was patient with us. We were tough to please with conflicting needs, and it took some time to find the best property for us. He never wavered or slowed down. He's a good person and we intend to work with him again the next time around.

ZillowVERIFIED Enrique was amazing in getting us the home we wanted. After a year of looking with my previous agent we would put offers and no results. When I changed with Enrique he listened to us and understood our needs. Quickly we found our dream house. I highly recommend him he's more than an agent, he looks out for you.

ZillowVERIFIED Enrique helped us find our first home two years ago. It was a very competitive market. Enrique was always professional, calm and very positive. We felt he always went the extra mile at every step of the way to help us. As a first time buyer we had a million questions. He will always listen and answer each and every single one of our questions and concerns. He always made us feel comfortable because he is very knowledgeable. We were so impressed with his expertise and professionalism that when we decided to sale our home on July 2015 we called Enrique to guide us throw the process. Everything turned out perfect! Once again it was our fist time selling our home, but Enrique made us feel confident and comfortable that everything will be okay. He explained our options in detail and really looked out for our best interest. We can't thank him enough for all he has done for us. We highly recommend Enrique Sifuentes for anyone that is buying or selling a home. :) Enrique gained a lifelong client in me and my family.

ZillowVERIFIED Working with Enrique Sifuentes was a pleasure. It was a very hard time for me, my husband of 40 years died in 2014. Had to leave my home in a short sale. Never sold a home before. Enrique made the process very easy and less stress full. He is very caring. He made sure there was only one buyer, to keep out a whole lot of people going in and out of the house. Linda Dickie
