Its challenging to buy when you cant easily stop by to see the homes. Emily went on our behalf and made videos to send back to us. She pointed out potential flaws and concerns. She met me in March to see some properties in person. She stayed in touch, she answered questions about neighborhoods, including the peninsula. she was ready to travel as far away as we wanted to show properties. She taught us about home ownership in the PNW, very different concerns from the desert. We visited in July, and she showed us another dozen+ properties, again, offering her opinion when asked and noticing small details. She never lost patience, she just cheerfully moved on to the next property as we found a deal breaker at each one, and as we learned more about where we wanted to be. On our last day we found our dream property; she skillfully and fairly guided the negotiation, provided multiple walk throughs and videos and access to her excellent co-realtors to help answer questions and close the deal. We couldn't be happier with our experience working with Emily.

I had tried working with a number of other Realtors for almost a year before discovering Emily who was the listed agent on one of the properties that I looked at. They make a hell of a team!Emily is on top of today's technologies computers, email, texts etc. and it was always easy to stay in contact and updated with her even while she was on vacation in Hawaii. During this summer of 2021 the craziness of the market the limited inventory and my atypical requirements I'm pretty sure almost any other time would have been easier for me as a buyer and my agent.Emily's professional demeanor motivated enthusiasm and get er done attitude was a blessing and now I have the place I've always wanted just in time for my retirement.
