She kept driving up from Tacoma on the slightest whim that something might be the right fit. She braved rush hour i5 traffic for a singular showing, 2 days in a row. And thank god she did, because that 2nd showing was it. She sent me the listing at midnight the night before, proving how she works around the clock. We saw it, and 20min later we were submitting our offer. I was out of town and she supervised the inspection and handled absolutely everything for me.
