ZillowVERIFIEDEmily is very personable. She was responsive when I had questions but I struggled with a couple of points. I had to make recommendations to our post on Zillow to increase traffic. I also had to be the one reaching out to get updates, which ultimately cost us close to $5K extra out of pocket. When the issue arose and our closing had to be postponed, Emily was then on top of things, receiving updates everyday. Completely understand, things come up and when informed in due time, adjustments can be made. In the end, our house is sold, we are moved in to our new home and everything worked out as meant to be.

ZillowVERIFIEDIt's hard to pick a real estate agent when you know there are a million out there. Emily reached out after an inquiry I made into selling for cash via Zillow. I'm glad she did. I was looking to get top dollar and have someone manage the sale for me, as I did not live near the home or have the time to tend to everything. She arranged for EVERYTHING. A premium listing (and all the things that go with it, professional photos, staging, drone, mapping, the works) that got tons of attention as soon as it went live. Communication was spot on and everything happened as she said it would, when she said it would. If you're looking for an agent who will handle EVERYTHING and do it well, pick Emily. Some agents are just looking for a listing and want to pocket as much as possible without having to do any work...Emily earned every bit of her commission and I would not hesitate to use her again.

Emily handled and coordinated all aspects of the sale leading up to closing, which occurred quickly and seamlessly.
