I had a bad experience with another agent several years ago trying to sell my property, so I was a little apprehensive trying to sell this property again. I live in the Northeast, so I was not able to be present to get the home ready to sell. Emily took care of everything for me and even found excellent contractors that were quick and reasonably priced to fix anything that needed to be repaired.
