She truly goes above and beyond for her clients, time and time again helping us troubleshoot any issues that arose, even taking it upon herself to complete tasks that we were unable to get done ourselves in order to help things along. I used Bill May ERA Realty when I sold my house (had a full price offer on the first day) and used them again to look for a home. I was originally working with Bill May and due to some extended travel plans, he set me up with Emily. My wife and I are glad that he did. Emily is a genuine and caring agent who has your best interests at heart. She is very knowledgeable about the real estate market and was always early to every showing. Many times she would be available to show us a house within an hour of it being listed. She showed us the house that my wife and I ended up purchasing the same day it was listed even though she had other commitments outside of town. We were able to make an acceptable offer on the house later that evening. What we loved most about Emily is her kind demeanor and responsiveness. Buying a house is big decision and knowing she was always available and responsive was a great relief to my wife and I. I would highly recommend her for all of your real estate needs.
