She helped me navigate through the purchase, including renting back to the owners for a period of time. ZillowVERIFIED Emily is an absolutely incredible realtor. My husband and I had very specific needs for our first house, and we were very particular about what we did and did not like. Emily was so patient with us and never pressured us to make a decision. She was brutally honest with us if we looked at a house that she felt was not worth the asking price. She constantly had us in mind and was always sending us listings. We finally found our dream home after looking at 11 houses with Emily! I even apologized for how many houses we were asking to look at, and she said shed happily show us however many it took! Just incredible. I listed it with Emily in November of 2018 and had a contract in early December 2018. My house was 40 years old and need many minor things repaired after the home inspections. Emily, was very patient with us throughout this whole process. My husband and I knew what we wanted in a house, and the price range we were looking for, but we were having a hard time finding the right house for our growing family. Emily, searched for several weeks, and was able to help us find the right house that suits our family needs. She has never made us feel rushed or pressured to buy a house that was not right for us.
