We were first-time home-buyers and specifically sought out Emily based on some other reviews we saw for the area realtors. We had plenty others reach out to try to earn our biz but we held out for Emily and wow, we were really pleased with her all around. We did some remote and in-person home viewings, as we were living in Seattle but buying in TriCities. We viewed a bunch of homes; really almost every thing that came on the market in our range! Emily facilitated facetime viewings with ease and was thorough in showing us anything concerning or weird. She was very communicative but never pushy. I never felt like she was pushing me to just pick a home. She gave me honest feedback about what different parts of town were like, that we have come to find was very on point - she knows the area. We put in 6 different offers, and finally the 6th one was accepted. Emily was able to give some tips on how to make our offer more attractive in this cutthroat market. I would recommend her to others and also work with her again in the future. Thanks Emily!

If you are looking to find a knowledgeable, professional, and experienced real estate agent, you absolutely NEED to get into contact with Jolene. Not only did she always get back to me within a couple of hours (if not minutes) each time I reached out, but she guided my family step-by-step in purchasing our first home.
