FAQ
Most importantly, make the commitment and understand that purchasing a home is a process. Know your budget, stay on top of your credit score, and keep your work history and taxes in order. Start saving for your down payment early, and begin the soft-credit pre-approval process so you clearly understand where you stand. This will give you a defined pathway towards your homeownership goals. With the right guidance, you can avoid costly mistakes and unnecessary stress. Saving you both money and headaches along the way.
Selling a home is all about strategy and presentation. From my construction and house flipping experience, I always advise sellers to focus on the details that truly and value. Fresh paint, minor repairs, curb appeal, and simple upgrades that make a strong first impression without overspending.
Be hones about your home's condition and address visible issues upfront when possible. Buyers notice everything, and small fixes can prevent bigger negotiation problems later.
Staging and cleanliness are key. A well presented home helps buyers connect emotionally and see its full potential.
Pricing matters just as much as preparation. A properly priced, well prepared home will attract stronger offers and sell faster, saving time, stress and money in the long run.
With a strong background in construction, house flipping, and real estate, I work with a wide range of clients including investors, buyers, and sellers looking to maximize value in every transaction. My experience also extends to property management companies, HOA communities, and institutional clients, where precision, quality, and execution are key.
From small residential upgrades to larger renovation and improvement projects, I bring a hands-on construction perspective that helps clients make smarter decisions. Whether they're preparing a home for sale, investing in improvements, or navigating the buying and selling process. My goal is always the same: protect value, increase returns, and create a smooth, strategic experience from start to finish.
One current experience I am especially proud of is working with a single mother who attended one of my open houses with her children. She was initially undecided about moving forward, but we connected naturally, and her children encouraged her to continue working with me.
I took the time to understand her situation and goals, including briefly engaging with each of her children, who had just come from their weekend sports games. At the time, her credit needed improvement, so with the guidance and support of my team, we focused on building her credit and strengthening her financial position.
Over the course of about three months, her credit improved significantly, and she was successfully pre-approved. She is now actively searching for her first home.
This experience has been very meaningful to me because it reflects the impact of patience, education and teamwork in helping a family move closer to homeownership. It has also reinforced my commitment to supporting clients through every step of the process, even before the purchase happens. Meeting them where they are and when they are ready to make a personal commitment.
I started in real estate through my background in construction and hands on experience with home renovations and house flipping. Working on properties from the ground up gave me a deep understanding of what truly adds value, both structurally and cosmetically, and how smart improvements impact resale value.
Over time, I became more interested in assisting clients not just building and improving homes, but also buying and selling them strategically. This natural transition led me to real estate, where I can combine construction experience with market knowledge to better guide clients. I feel I bring both perspectives together to assist clients see beyond surface value, make informed decisions, and maximize every opportunity in the market.
Yes, I have over 10 years of hands-on experience in the construction industry, including home building, renovations, repairs and house flipping. For the past 3 years, I have also served as the RMO (Responsible Managing Officer) of my own construction company, which has strengthened my expertise in project management, compliance, budgeting, and quality control, as a California licensed contractor officer.
In addition, I hold several Associate Degrees: Social and Behavior Science, General Education and Child Development with a focus on Special Education. This education has enhanced my understanding of human behavior, communication and developmental needs, which directly supports how I work with and guide clients.
Together, this combination of construction expertise and academic training allows me to provide clients with a well-rounded perspective helping them make informed decisions, avoid costly mistakes, and move confidently through the buying or selling process.
