She is extremely professional, knowledgeable, and seemed far more capable than any other real estate professionals that were interviewed when trying to find a person to work with. We interviewed four agents for our first home purchase, and she was the only one who consistently pointed out concerns with the properties to ensure that we completely understood what we would be getting and what we should be looking out for. She's also very kind, a trait that I feel is extremely rare and important when working with an agent on buying a home. ZillowVERIFIED To say that having Elizabeth on our side was make or break for our home search would be an understatement and we are deeply glad to have worked with her in buying our first house. She was consistently available to talk to at every step of the way, considerate of all our needs, very knowledgeable about the process, and above all honest with us about the pros and cons of each property we looked at. It was a rough journey at times, going through three separate accepted offers and home inspections, but it was invaluable to have someone who made sure we were aware of the risks of any property we were thinking of committing to and kept us motivated to keep looking when it would've been easier to just let us settle for less. Having someone to handle pushy sellers on your behalf is also a massive bonus. We ended up settled somewhere that fits our needs perfectly at under the seller's asking price, so all in all we are very content and grateful to Elizabeth for all her help over the months leading up to now.
