I am a first-time, single home buyer in my 30s, who came in after not being successful with a different agent. So this whole process was pretty much new to me, but she is so calm and patient, took time to explain things to me, quickly responded to any questions I had along the way, was wonderful about working with my anxious parents, and has just gone above and beyond what I would have ever expected. The only reason I ended up with my first dream home is because she convinced me to put in a backup offer while I was having a personal pity party about not finding a house and losing an offer on yet another house. My wife was still in Indiana because she was finishing up her undergrad. So we had to find someone who could be both a realtor and a friend and understanding and trustworthy.
