ZillowVERIFIEDEliza did such an outstanding job helping us find our new home. We were first time home buyers, and Eliza helped walk us through every step of the process. We had tons of questions, and she answered all of them. Eliza also helped make sure that we proposed the right offer price for the house and made sure in this crazy market that we didn't go too high. She had our backs, and we really appreciated her. Eliza even checked in with us a few months after we moved in to make sure we were liking the home and neighborhood. Super thankful for her!

ZillowVERIFIED Eliza is a rose amongst thorns. Not only does Eliza have a deep experience in real estate transactions, but she also has the unique ability to listen to her clients, anticipate their needs and consistently execute at high-levels. Eliza helped my wife and I navigate the home buying process during one of the best/worst times (Covid) in real estate history and helped us to overcome hurdles that we did not expect. Eliza wields a velvet hammer during the negotiation process and her contract experience typically outweighs the counter-agent. At the end of the transaction, we missed our *daily* interactions with Eliza and am proud to say we truly see her as a friend. We look forward to working with Eliza again and will always recommend her to family, friends and strangers alike!

ZillowVERIFIED We love Eliza and we recommend her to everyone! We came across her when visiting a listed home we were interested in well before we even listed our house. She was patient with us in showing us some houses even knowing we couldnt make any offers until we listed and sold our house. After a few months, we finally listed our home and she was spot on with her guidance and professionalism with us and the buyers agent through the whole process. She has a calm demeanor to her presence that really helps settle your nerves through the entire transaction making it less stressful and easier to navigate. She is wonderful and well be using her to help us find our next home and hope she can be a resource and compass for anyone looking to buy or sell. Dont look any further, Elize is the agent you want and need. Thanks Eliza!

ZillowVERIFIED I cannot recommend Eliza any higher. If there were 6 stars I would give that! We had a lot of issues in finding our home and had several false starts along the way. Eliza was always there for us letting us know our options and ready to assist to find us the home we wanted. Even after closing, she was still on the case on a few minor issues that came up afterwards. She was always willing to follow up on any houses we were interested in and has the best personality to boot. She was a joy to use and if we ever need to buy another house in the area (or need to sell), Eliza will be my go to person.

ZillowVERIFIED If you want a great real estate agent, look no further than Eliza. We had a very narrow criteria for what we were looking for in a home and Eliza was patient enough to show us many, many homes. Once we found one, she guided us through the purchase process helping us understand the pro's and con's of various decisions along the way. Her experience showed in having been through similar situations with other clients through the years. Eliza is knowledgeable, listens to her clients, and understands the Atlanta market.

ZillowVERIFIED As a prologue to Elizas review, I have to give a special shout-out to Shelby, who is a client care coordinator at Mark Spain who sets you up with an agent --- were going to call her the agent matchmaker --- in addition to being a pleasure to work with, the match was about 500% accurate. Thanks, Shelby! :-) From start to finish, Eliza has been an absolute pleasure to work with. I am a first-time, single home buyer in my 30s, who came in after not being successful with a different agent. So this whole process was pretty much new to me, but she is so calm and patient, took time to explain things to me, quickly responded to any questions I had along the way, was wonderful about working with my anxious parents, and has just gone above and beyond what I would have ever expected. The only reason I ended up with my first dream home is because she convinced me to put in a backup offer while I was having a personal pity party about not finding a house and losing an offer on yet another house. So naturally, after I lost that home, I put in an offer on something else about 2 weeks later, and in true Eliza style going above and beyond, she came to my work to pick up my earnest check (which was nowhere near her), spent 15-20 minutes chatting with me to make sure I was doing okay with everything, and then was like, aEURoeSo about this check, remember that backup offer? Youre welcome. And Ive already spoken to your parents, they just sent you an additional gift payment to seal the deal.aEUR? Best. Agent. Ever. She even made a point to come to the inspection and stay for an hour or two, and made sure that everything was all set with the lender before closing. But most of all, Eliza is just an awesome person --- she is smart, kind, honest, and just wants the best for her clients, and I could NOT have asked for a better realtor. And somehow, she knew to give me a bottle of rose champagne (not a big drinker, but thats my fave) in a gorgeous orange and pink box (my favorite colors). I have no idea how she knew, but thats just Eliza for you... Zillow, I need some bonus stars or something, 5 stars is not enoughaEUR|Mark Spain, shes a keeper. Definitely a keeper. Eliza, it has truly been a pleasure working with you, thank you so much, all the best to you!

ZillowVERIFIED Eliza was recommended by a personal friend of mine. She is the most professional and knowledgeable realtor I have ever worked withaEUR|a few words to describe her would be honest, calm, dedicated and passionate. Eliza made herself available pretty much anytime of the day and she always had an alternative if she was unable. She kept in constant contact with me throughout the whole purchasing process and was quick to get in contact with other parties, such as the lender or seller, if there was anything needed. ZillowVERIFIED Eliza helped us find a house after we made a cross country move to Atlanta. She helped us search before our move and for months afterward. Something we especially appreciated about Eliza is how patient she was with us. We were quite picky and availability was low, so it took several months to find the right home. We are thankful she was so available and responded quickly when homes popped up.

ZillowVERIFIED Eliza knew my home was on the market. Once under contract, Eliza found the perfect new location for me. She even said that " you need to look at this one". Eliza's help make the decision easy for me. She then took care of the details through closing. I told her that she " made my life easy". I know how she worked hard as the details required extra care. I have and will recommend Eliza to anyone who wants to make their home search "easy"

ZillowVERIFIED I was in Georgia--living with my parents. They have been so gracious as to give me a place to live until we could find somewhere in Atlanta. My wife was still in Indiana because she was finishing up her undergrad. So we had to find someone who could be both a realtor and a friend and understanding and trustworthy. We were moving to a new place that we know virtually nothing about. Eliza was not only knowledgable, but very kind to my wife and I. I know this is a new age where the majority of people do not care your race, your sexual orientation, your relationship status. But it is a fact that it makes a difference when you are treated with respect and dignity and legitimacy. Eliza found a home for a married couple. A perfect home that fit our needs. I will recommend only her in the Atlanta area to anyone I know--or come to know. I cannot wait to move in! Also... she got us the sweetest closing gift. So thoughtful. Eliza is the full package.
