Review I would highly recommend Michael Tarallo if you are looking to buy or sell a house! He was amazing throughout the process of me buying a house. What I loved and appreciated was Michael was never pushy!!! We'd view a house and go over what I liked and what I didn't so he could use the information to taylor the following searches for houses that fit what I wanted. And he has an incredible group of people he recommends for the mortgage, house inspection and even insurance! I used the mortgage broker, Doug Petrie, and he was able to get me a great mortgage! I have already given Michael Tarallo information to friends looking to buy or sell. Michael is there through the whole process and I couldn't have been happier!!

Review Michael is the reason we got our house!! We went through 3 realtors before him. They were all pushy and not helpful. We're first time buyers and we felt so lost in everything. He not only was our realtor, but our therapist, broker, and financial advisor. He does it all! Michael helped keep us together and figure out everything and anything we may need. Review We had the good fortune to have Michael A. Tarallo list our investment property apartment for rent this year. He came to our first meeting enthusiastic and well prepared, and every interaction I had with him after that was the same. He proposed an efficient listing process, arranged for the staging and photographs, gave us a fair and reasonable rental value and had our apartment listed on MLS immediately. He spent time answering our questions, providing objective data regarding how many nearby rentals were also listed, how long the listings typically stay on the market, and providing tons of info on comps in the area to make sure we accurately priced our apartment for rent. Michael was amazingly responsive to any of our calls or emails and patiently addressed all of our requests and questions. Michael made the vetting process extremely easy for us and discussed our wants and needs as landlords to assure that we found the right tenant for our home. Beyond his professionalism with us, the feedback we received from prospective tenants and their realtors was extraordinary. At our lease signing, the tenant's realtor made it a point to let us know how great Michael was to deal with and that he was one of the best realtor's he had ever met. We already knew that from our own experience working with him but it was great to hear that validation from a competing colleague. She was overly critical to the point of even telling me to get a natural air freshener in our home and to dis place our dog as well ( a 15lb Westie Terrior) who is immaculate She appraised our asking price about 50,000 lower than I had thought would be appropriate She actually did not even want our listing.

Review This was the second home Elisa helped us buy. She sold us our first home 12 years ago and we immediately sought her out when we wanted to move again. Elisa understands what a big decision home buying is and goes out of her way to make sure you are making the right decision that is going to meet your needs and make you happy.
