No longer. Lorie made our dream home a reality. She was responsive to our very hectic schedules and all of our concerns at every step of the way. She made every effort to show us homes even when we often did not give her advanced warning. She navigated us through a short closing period and some fairly murky waters at the very end. She took all the time I needed to understand exactly what was happening in each step of the process, which was important to me. Through her connections, she was able to find a stunning place that hadn't officially gone on the market yet. It was actually a tough call, because that same day she had shown me another great place! But I went for it and was very happy I did. I bought it right before the first showing and boy where a lot of people upset that they didn't get a chance to bid on it! The house was pretty much perfect in every way! How she was able to find two places that I loved so quickly into our search, I have no idea. What I *do* know, is that she's an exceptional choice for a Realtor, especially if you want the process to go quickly and understand exactly what's happening (but don't want to be bothered with paperwork). Highly recommended!
