I would recommend Elaine Stewart, she was extremely helpful as we did not know the areas at all, a lot of the areas we had chosen to look at homes were not the safest areas. She showed us the homes we had chosen and then she asked if she could show us the homes she thought we should be looking at. Of course we bought one of the homes she recommended. The negotiation went very smoothly. We are thrilled with our house and the area. We are from Canada so anyone from Canada buying in the US should know about buying as tenants in common rather than buying in joint tenancy because of the dreaded estate tax on Canadians! Just a little tip for us Canadians!!
