About Elaine Samaan

Elaine was born in Jacksonville to a military family. Her dad was in the Navy, so she grew up in many states and countries all around the world! All of that relocating has made her a whiz when it comes to relocating families to the Jacksonville area! She has lived in northeast Florida since 2011. Elaine earned a Bachelor's Degree in Elementary Education, Master's Degree in Educational Leadership, and a Certificate in Nonprofit Leadership. She attended the University of West Florida and the University of Florida throughout her educational journey. With 10 years of experience in education, Elaine knows schools and what to look for in choosing the right schools for your family. She was formerly a teacher, district math coach, and assistant principal. With over $4 million in sales last year, Elaine is a licensed Realtor who is ready and willing to help with whatever your real estate needs are!

Elaine has been beyond helpful and with me every step of the way. This was my first house and I knew I wanted a new build. Elaine used her knowledge and experience to take me to only the best builders in town. She went to every appointment and was there with me any time I needed her. Then when it came to my closing, I had tested positive for Covid and Elaine wastes no time to rearrange my closing to virtual and ran around to deliver paperwork and do my final walk through for me with me on video chat. I could not imagine going through this process with anyone else. Thank you Elaine from the bottom of my heart! I wish everyone could experience the greatness you deliver!
