ZillowVERIFIED Edgar was excellent and helped us find the exact home we were looking for. All of our questions and inquiries were answered very quickly and he made the home buying process incredibly smooth even though we completed the sale from the other side of the country. The thing I liked best about Edgar is that he listened to what we were interested in and was able to show us specific houses that fit our needs in a very short amount of time. Superb experience overall - thank you Edgar!

ZillowVERIFIED Hello everyone, Im just stopping by to leave a review for the best realtor who Ive known personally for going on 12 years now. When we were first time home buyers Edgar answered all of our questions and made us feel at ease, he helped us locate a home inspector and also helped us find a great financing deal. He made us feel very welcomed and like one of his own family members, he is a very honest straight shooting gentlemen. This past year ( 2019 ) I contacted him again in February and told him were now ready for property number two! I gave him some simple requests and he quickly had me a few houses to show me, we settled on the second or third one as it blew the other two out of the water. I very much appreciate his honestly and hard work ethic, he was available anytime to answer anything we had to ask. I cant wait until we buy house number three and add to the collection! I will surely be looking my good friend up once more.

ZillowVERIFIED Edgar was a pleasure in working to help our daughter find her first home. He was very informative and when we found the house we liked he was able to insure that repairs were made that the inspector from the home inspection found at no cost to us. He was always on time and very respectful in every encounter we had. Thank you Edgar for making this experience memorable.

ZillowVERIFIED Edgar sold my house in no time and worked tirelessly as if he was selling his own house. His response time to messages was always same day and I wouldn?t hesitate to recommend him as this county?s top sales agent in my opinion.

ZillowVERIFIED Being in the mortgage business I understood the difficulty of a short sale ,as mine was going to be. What I did not realize was the frustration that 9 months of delays & bank paperwork entailed. Although living 45 minutes out of town & on a dirt road Edgar never gave up providing encouragement & professional advice . Also providing the buyers with the utmost professional advice & knowledge without the compensation of being the buyers agent. What a true asset to the real estate industry!!! Thank you again Edgar for being my real estate agent!!
