ZillowVERIFIED Eden was an absolute gem in helping us buy our property. Throughout the whole process she was fantastic; professional, helpful, compassionate, knowledgeable. She helped get us finance and facilitated the lengthy process of securing a 'right of way. ' After closing she still helped us out with quite a few queries that arose and was sincerely interested in how we renovated the property.

ZillowVERIFIED Eden has worked with our company on the sale of house with a stubborn tenant situation, she saw us through to the finish line as smoothly as possible, she also has amazing handling skills, she managed to put out lots of fires with the buyer and unexpected issues that happened over a weekend so efficiently, that we didn't really feel that there was an issue to start! 100/10 would recommend, Thank you Eden and we will definitely have more business together in the near future!

ZillowVERIFIED Eden did a great job finding us a property! So much so, we used her again when our plans changed and we sold the same property. She's very knowledgeable and if she doesn't know the answer she finds out. She really worked on researching properties we would be interested in. Eden is one of the sweetest people we have met here since we moved!

ZillowVERIFIED Eden was a godsend when it came to selling my home. She is patient and kind-hearted, and assisted me through every aspect of my sale. It was my first time selling, and was further complicated by some personal business. She was accommodating and assisted with a ton of business that the property required, which I was unable to attend to since I was out of state. Having her there and keeping me constantly updated made the process of selling my home stress-free. I only wish she were licensed in the state where I currently live when it comes time to buy my next home. Eden was phenomenal.

ZillowVERIFIED Can handle a fast pace market search that helped us explore multiple real estate options in a two county area. Eden was quick to respond with vital information the lead us to quickly narrow our options. Our situation was critical that we made the right choice and close in a couple of weeks. Totally committed and resourceful, and responsive. We closed on a perfect, uncompromising, perfect property fit. Thanks EdenaEUR|..

ZillowVERIFIED I have never worked with a real estate agent before so this process was all new to me. It was my son's house and he was unable to be present so I stepped in to help coordinate the sale. I can't say enough for the professionalism, knowledge and connections that Eden displayed from day one of the process. She went well beyond our expectations and was always available to answer our questions in a timely manner. If she didn't know the answer, she found it. She gave it a personal touch, which made us feel confident that we had made the right choice. Although we knew we weren't the only property she was working on, she made us feel like we were the "number one" priority. She's awesome!

ZillowVERIFIED When you're buying your first home, there are so many things to take into consideration, and so many little things to ponder and be anxious about. Eden eased our minds and made this new adventure fun for us! She was knowledgable, friendly, and fun to tour homes with - she was also an excellent negotiator on our behalf and put my mind at ease knowing we had such a passionate and skillful realtor on our side. Not only did she help us find our dream home for a great price, but she also helped us find trustworthy help for the repairs it needed. She went above and beyond, even sending us updates about fun local events that were going on after the purchase of our home to welcome us to the area! She truly helped us celebrate our closing day too, which just added to the celebratory vibes of this massive life milestone. I recommend her to anyone searching or selling! I'm beyond grateful to have had her on our side during this process, and to have made a new friend in the process!

ZillowVERIFIED Eden is an incredibly knowledgeable agent with values you can find in a friend. She is very personable, understanding, patient, and adjusts searches based on client needs. We have found the perfect home while working with Eden, and it was an incredibly tedious process. She answered questions quickly and made herself available when we were having concerns. We are now settling into our dream home, and I am so happy that we went with Eden as our agent! I cannot recommend her enough. If you are purchasing your first home, an investment property, a condo, or whatever the circumstance, she can walk you through the process with patience.
