I'm a graduate of Oley Valley High School (Class of 1981) and have a marketing degree from Penn State University (1985). After college, I worked as route salesperson before leaving to grow and build relationships as an employee of United Parcel Service. Yearning to own my own business and become an entrepreneur, I retired from U.P.S. and successfully opened and managed for 12 years Spayd's Sub Shop & Deli before selling the business and real estate to pursue my passion for real estate investing in 2001. I quickly learned that knowledge is power and is the greatest asset you can provide when representing someone's largest financial decision, the purchase or sale of their home. I've taken time throughout my career to become a student of the industry and have earned several nationally recognized designations as well as attending numerous seminars all allowing me to represent my clients to the highest level.
