I am extremely grateful to Earl and his team for the honest guidance and service that they have provided to me. His team provided comprehensive guidance throughout the process, during each and every step, including getting ready to move in. I would highly recommend his services to anyone. I do have one suggestion though, and that is to provide the introductory buyer's packet right after the very first meeting. The guidance was present and complete, but that document would help provide a complete and detailed overview of the whole process beforehand, that the client could go through on their own.
