Both are very knowledgeable of the local real estate market and you instantly can tell that they love doing what they do. I was obvious when they showed me our home, they had already done their research on the house. When an offer was submitted to purchase our home, the Moyers kept me updating throughout the day. Which I so appreciated! Their negotiation skills are stellar. They are patient and happy to answer any questions. Both were quick to respond to emails or phone calls. The Moyers understand how stressful buying or selling a home can be - they make the process stress free. I had quite a long wish list for a house. Dwayne grew up in the home-building industry, so he also brings a good eye for structural issues and what it could take to fix up a home or make changes. Maryanne had endless patience for my many questions, and was willing to show us as many homes as it took to find "the one." It always felt like their first priority was making us happy, vs. just trying to close a deal. Last but definitely not least, when we did find our house, they helped to us to negotiate a purchase price that was nearly $20,000 less than asking. Would definitely work with them again!

ZillowVERIFIED I've know MaryAnne and Dwayne for years. Never needed there services until I got sick, lost my job then house. I have never seen anyone go so far to please a client before. They took calls 7 days a week and basically just went ABOVE & BEYOND any epectation I could ever have had. To make things worse this was a SHORT-SALE deal for them...not to much money and a ton of headaches - NO ISSUE a DEAL is a DEAL and they handled it extremely proffesional, treated me with respect and pulled of a deal no-one thought would be possible. If your looking for an agent...either for listing your home...or if your looking to buy...I swear by MaryAnne and Dwayne and say theres no reason to look any further.

As such, we relied heavily on Dwayne and Maryannes knowledge and experience. They were available whenever we needed them. After showing us 25 plus houses, they were still patient and understanding. They always quickly responded to emails and phone calls and made us feel like their "top priority"! They explained the process and had excellent references for inspectors, mortgage brokers, etc. Although Dwayne and Maryannes professionalism is first class, their personality won us over. We now consider them good friends and actually invited them to our wedding. Whenever we decide to purchase our next home, there is no doubt that we will be working with The Moyers Team!
