From the start, her supportive and positive energy made our search feel easy and pressure-free. Devon promptly scheduled our showings even when most of our requests were on short notice and if she couldn't make it, she always had someone else from their team do the showing at our requested time. Devon showed why she was so good when we decided to switch lenders, about 12 days from our closing, which left us with a tight deadline. She was incredibly responsive and knowledgeable, and most importantly took the time to get to know me and my wife. We first had a preliminary Zoom for introductions and for her to gather information about what we were looking for in a home. We then visited several homes with our young son in tow (he too was very interested in asking her many questions). Once we found the home we wanted she moved amazingly fast in nailing down the sales agreement with the buyer.
