Leann made selling our home of 21 years effortless. When we were preparing to sell, she met with us and provided expert advice on the different price points we could expect with different levels of renovation. Following that advice helped us to maximize the value of our house. When the renovations were complete and we were ready to sell in late 2025, mortgage interest rates were at a high point and there were significant concerns about the general economy. Leann did an incredible job of marketing our house in a very difficult environment; letting other agents know the property was coming on the market, sending out mailers to over 300 prospects, and did a wonderful staging of the house for potential buyers.
