ZillowVERIFIED I cannot say enough positive things about my experience with Duke as my realtor. From our initial meeting to closing day, Duke demonstrated exceptional professionalism, knowledge, and dedication. He truly listened to our needs and preferences, guiding us through every step of the process with patience and expertise. His communication was impeccable, always keeping us informed and promptly addressing any questions or concerns. Duke's negotiation skills were outstanding, resulting in a fantastic deal on my home. His attention to detail ensured a smooth and stress-free transaction. Working with Duke was an absolute pleasure, and I wholeheartedly recommend him to anyone seeking a top-tier real estate agent. He exceeded my expectations in every way possible!

ZillowVERIFIED If you're in search of an agent with genuine expertise, competence, outstanding communication skills, and a sincere commitment to their clients' welfare, I strongly suggest exploring other options to avoid potential losses similar to ours. Having endured this two-month ordeal, I've realized why Duke persists in relying on cold calling for customers despite his 30 years of experience. I urge you to take my advice seriously and learn from my mistakes. I possess documented evidence, comprising emails and texts, that corroborates all the points mentioned above. I earnestly wish this were merely a fabrication, but regrettably, it's all too real, including the financial losses incurred, which is deeply disheartening. Duke has secured his commission after selling my house, and believe me, that is all he cares about. Duke can give your house away but lacks the knowledge to sell for a profit.

ZillowVERIFIED After 18 yrs living in the same house, we were planning on spending our golden years in Az. Imagine our surprise to learn my husband's work situation was taking us back home to Tx. We were going to have to get the house in top selling shape in little time. I knew exactly who I was going to call- Duke Padilla and his team went way above and beyond what we could have imagined. It was a nightmare having my husband in Tx searching for a new home and me here trying to paint, pack and get the house ready. Duke had his team ready to help in every way possible. There is no way I could have done all that was needed without their help. Duke and Sandy were able to handle every obstacle that came our way and they were very positive and kept the ball moving. We never would have been able to get top dollar without Duke's expertise all the way through the process. We are so thankful for Duke and Sandy's help, Thanks again guys!!

ZillowVERIFIED Duke is a class act. Nailed it on our listing and had a contract in a few days at our asking price. We also used Duke to buy. Found the right house in a time crunch and negotiated all the details with ease. Would highly recommend!

ZillowVERIFIED Duke is spectacular. I moved here from out of state. Duke found me my dream home, and Duke was there to help me throughout the process. Duke is the only realtor I will ever use.

ZillowVERIFIED Duke and his wife (who works with him) are both amazing. They get back to you in a timely manner. Duke listens to your needs, fights for you when necessary and so pleasant and helpful at all times. Selling and buying is extremely stressful and I feel they do their best to ease your mind as much as possible. My mom has worked with them and now that I have, I wouldn't use anyone else for buying and selling real estate. I can't say enough good things about them :)

ZillowVERIFIED Duke and Sandy were a fabulous team. As a first time homebuyer, I had a never-ending list of questions. Duke and Sandy were always readily available and more than willing to answer my questions and alleviate my concerns. My husband and I are so glad that we were able to work with Duke and Sandy and would highly recommend them to anyone else looking to buy or sell their home.

ZillowVERIFIED Duke and Sandy helped my wife and I sell two houses and negotiated the price with the builder on a new house. One house was in Mesa and the other in west Phoenix. We had already tried to sell our Mesa house through a different agent with no luck. We were very happy with the outcome on both houses. We would recommend them to friends and family.

ZillowVERIFIED Our experience with Duke Padilla was a very successful one. First when we meet and presented our list of the type of house we were seeking. We felt that Duke meet all of our items listed and then some. Plus the price of the house that we paid was within our price range. And we can only give high marks and recommend Duke Padilla to any person (s) that are in the process of seeking for a house or property.
