Dru helped my family and I navigate a very ?interesting? real estate market as first time home buyers. Dru was able to walk us through the process and quite frankly get the job done. You pick, he gets. Simply put, Dru puts the real and real estate!

Dru was recommended to us by my sister who had him as a real estate agent for buying their house. We sold our first house through him, then he stuck around for the next eight or nine months while we searched for our forever home. The market in the Seattle area is crazy right now, but he was very flexible doing viewings. We finally found a home in our price range, and were really excited to finish signing everything and move in! We highly recommend Dru because of his friendly demeanor, flexibility, professionalism, quick response time, and the ease of working with him.

Dru helped me think through important considerations of homebuying, especially as a personal financial investment. He was very good at giving me the time and space to reflect on major decisions but also moving fast on hot homes that would sell quickly, which is a tricky balancing act. His most valuable skill was helping me to understand the various options involved in making offers, and to make the strongest possible offers in a sellers market, while also staying within my comfort level. Highly recommend.

Dru is very knowledgeable and patient with the questions I had. This is my first time selling a home and Dru made it a breeze. He was very attentive and kept my best interest first. This was a great experience and I highly recommend Dru and his team if you are looking for a home or looking to sell.

Dru helped us find, negotiate, and close our home purchase. His best qualities are his knowledge and responsiveness. Right from the 1st introductory call, Dru made us feel at ease. He did not pressure us at any step and his inputs were a part of our process as we evaluated from our home choices. Despite a language barrier, he was able to consider and communicate requirements of elderly parents, and young kids to guide us. Without a doubt, we will want to work with Dru on any property deal in the future.

Dru is an ideal realtor he knows the market and areas in which a new or investor will be able to maximize their profits of owning. He not only helps with the search, his advice on purchasing and the possibilities on a return on investments are second to none. If you are looking for a serious realtor Dru is your guy I have no doubt he will become bigger than he already is in the near future, anyone whose looking to purchase employ Dru while you still have the opportunity. This is coming from a owner of multiple properties he is and will be the best the Washington area has to offer.

Dru has been our trusted advisor from the start of our buying journey. Even as our goals changed he adapted his guidance to serve what we needed. Being we were first time buyers, he was incredibly patient educating us at each step. When we FINALLY got serious about a home that came on the market he went right to work by tapping into his vast expertise and network. He crafted an ingenious offer that allowed us to close quickly while beating out several cash offers. We are indebted to Dru for helping us land our dream home!
