ZillowVERIFIED Drew helped me search the universe of properties available in Shasta County that I was considering. At first I considered l thought I wanted single family homes but those did not pencil out as investment properties. Then I considered being more creative with fixer uppers and parcels that could be split but my offer fell $15k short. I finally settled on fire damaged lots that allowed me to save on development fees and dropping construction costs. I believe I can build a functional new home and have a much better long term investment than buying something 20-30 years old for the same money. Throughout the process Drew was quick to do site videos for me which gave me a first hand look even though I was 4,000 miles away. Drew has many contacts in the building industry and trades so getting good people to help with construction etc... is much easier for someone in my situation.
