David was simply outstanding. He went above and beyond to answer our questions in a timely fashion. He spent numerous hours with us touring homes. When it was time to make an offer and buy our home, he was incredibly patient with us, and responsive to our questions. He was very knowledgable about the area and the buying process. When David was uncertain about an issue or answer, he investigated the issue, and got back to us in a very timely fashion. In short, David was an excellent realtor. (And all of this was done while facing some unusual challenges posed by the homeowner's broker.) David helped us to fulfill a lifelong dream of owning a home in the mountains. So I know reviews can be a bit skeptical. There is a misconception around reviews. Most people say you only hear bad about bad reviews because when things are good people dont take the time to leave them, thats why you only hear about the bad ones. WELL IM GOING TO GIVE U AN HONEST REVIEW AND KEEP IT 100! Valentin aka "TINO" is a real one. Me and my wife began looking at homes for a little over a year, we were just getting our feet wet and weren't really committed to buying a home but we reached out to Tino to at least have someone helping us find things that came to market. We would put it to the back of our heads but Tino was always reaching out. To the point where we felt like we were stringing him along, and even then he was still reaching out during that whole time! When we decided to really make buying a house a reality I was on the fence between realtors just because I thought going with some big time realitor company would be more beneficial. Well that "big time" realator company was a complete joke, it wasnt about what we wanted anymore he was just trying to make the most money. So I finally reached out to Tino to start looking at homes. The first time we met we had a really good conversation, he got to know what me and my wife's needs/wants were and he said things to me that made me go you know what "this is the guy" he listened to me and my wife, he was clear with the whole process and how things were going to work. He wasnt in it for the money, he truly wants you to find a home you actually enjoy. I would get excited while looking at homes and he helped keep me grounded and told me what things he had found about the houses prior to us showing up. If he had been to a house and I said "what about this one"? He would tell me everything down to a T. He would show me prior inspections and everything! He kept me from buying something I would regret just cause there wasnt a lot on the market but me and my wife are wanting to start a family so I started compromising. I told Tino I need a 3 bed 2 bath with a garage, and at times I would be looking at a 2-1 with no garage and he would keep reminding me "what about the boat"? Damnit ur right Tino!! Well we ended up closing on the house that we fell in love with that was a bit out of reach, but Tino made it happen! We told him where we wanted our mortgage and he made it happen. We went back and forth with the seller, but Tino held strong and didnt let us get the short end of the stick. We walked away happy and sad at the same time, because over time Tino became more than a realtor to me, he became a friend. And when we closed we took pictures and celebrated and as he drove off, with keys in my hand I was sad that our buisness had concluded. Don't get me wrong i will still be reaching out to Tino as long as he is in the real-estate market because of how he conducted himself and his ability. Tino if you are reading this. Thank you.. from the bottom of my heart! You made the best first time home buying expirence possible for me and my wife. And now we can begin starting a family. Bless you! And to anyone reading this. Just let him show you ONE HOUSE! YOU WILL BE GLAD YOU DID. Thanks brother!
