Glenn was amazing to work with. After my father passed away in the spring and I learned what he had left in his trust account for me, I knew I wanted to purchase a home, but I wouldn't have access to the funds until the end of summer. I got on line just to get an idea of what was out there in my price range. Of course, you can't look at listings online without giving your contact information, and several local real estate agents suddenly had my phone number. Glenn was the first to call. I explained my situation to him and we talked quite a while about what I wanted and when I would be able to purchase. He listened and understood. Several other agents called me within a few days / weeks after I'd begun my search, but they didn't seem to listen when I said I wouldn't be ready to buy for several months. A couple of them called so often it became annoying and I finally asked them not to call anymore. Others just told me to call when I was ready. Glenn sent me listings he thought I might be interested in by email and checked in with me every couple of weeks by phone. Exactly what I wanted. Soon I told anyone else that called that I had found my Agent. In the meantime, I changed my mind a couple of times on him - I couldn't decide if I wanted a fixer-upper or a newer home, and he just rolled with it and changed his search parameters. He gave me all my options and helped me determine how far my money would go. He was always friendly and professional and I know him as a very kind and knowledgeable person. We found the perfect home for me and I love it! Throughout the process, he walked me through the paperwork and answered all my questions. When a contract issue came up at closing, he went to bat for me and made sure I got what was in the contract, which he had written clearly. I would recommend Glenn to anyone, especially folks I really care about. I know they'd get good service, and he would take whatever time and effort was needed from start to finish to make sure their transaction went smoothly and that his client was well informed and represented.
