Drew sold a difficult property for us. His marketing was top-notch, he was always available when we reached out to him, and I truly did feel like he was a real advocate for our family and cared about what was best for us. He solved difficult problems, dealt gracefully with strange situations and unforeseen circumstances, and was always on top of everything. I could not recommend him more highly.

Drew is very passionate about what he does. The wealth of knowledge he has about his work is so beneficial. The stories and the experiences he has shared with us contributed to our knowledge and helped us identify the right house for us. He is very honest and does his best effort to assist a client. He is patient and does not rush just to make a sale. He does take the time with each client to ensure that this is something that the client will love in the long run. We can feel that he truly values the relationship over sale (money). In this round, I think we have visited almost 9-10 open houses to choose the right fit. You can never feel from Drew that he is getting frustrated as we have done a ton of open house walk-throughs. He gave us the time to review each house and provided the information that is greatly needed. He also does go above and beyond for a client to ensure everything is going well. He has good follow through with all his tasks and he also has a great turnaround time in looping back with the client. Furthermore, he is also a great collaborator. He keeps himself informed and coordinates the transaction with the client and the lending company to make it efficient.

Drew is knowledgeable, competitive, highly responsive, and an outstanding communicator. We were first time home buyers and Drew would always take the time to to explain in as much detail as we needed how and when the next steps would unfold. If we texted a question late at night expecting to get a response in the morning, Drew would have the full details back to us in five minutes! He is also a thoughtful person, encouraging us when we were stressed. We got our dream house --under asking price-- in the neighborhood we wanted thanks to Drew. Could not recommend him highly enough!

Through, available, energetic, a go getter like no one I have seen before. Drew knows the market and knows what direction is the best for you the seller. He was available ANYTIME! He was recommended by friends and I see why. Hes aggressive when he needs to be and because he was it helped us. Not only did he help us sell our home in WA he helped interview the best realtor for us to use when we moved to Houston, Texas. If you want someone who will get the job right and quick.....Drew is your Man!

Drew went above and beyond in every way throughout the entire process, and genuinely exceeded even my highest hopes concerning how helpful a broker could be. From the very beginning, he took great diligence in learning exactly what type of property I was searching for, and then found a perfect match the very first day it went on the market. He handled all of the coordination and communication, getting me an excellent deal and making the process quick and easy on my end. He always responded to any questions promptly and with expert knowledge. I would recommend Drew to anyone looking for a real estate professional, as anyone looking to sell or purchase a property would be very lucky to work with him.

I listed an unimproved lot with Drew. He has extensive experience with the complexities of land sales. He researched the parcel, produced an attractive video presentation for it, and mediated a successful sale. He is knowledgeable, informative, readily available, patient, and has a sense of humor. He is thoroughly professional and a pleasure to work with.

I used DrewTheBroker on a past flip as my selling agent and he knocked my expectations out of the park. SO decided to use drew to find and buy my primary residence. Quite a different experience trying to buy versus sell, and I started to wonder if we would find anything. Drew kept us up to date, motivated and in the game, even though we lost a few offers to higher bids, Drew was very active, responsive and punctual during the processes. Then out of no where he found a house just coming on the market and was able to snag us the very first showing, it was the house we were waiting for and we finally got one! Thanks Drew! Love my new house!

I am an experienced real estate investor. As such, I know a like minded individual when I see one. Drew solved an issue for me in 20 minutes I had been struggling with for hours. We have not looked back. He gets all my work hands down from that day forward. He's the best I've seen
