Not sure if there is an official form from NAR, however I have used this one. Email me if you would like a copy of mine. It reads " Unrepresented Buyer Form Property _________________ NOTICE: A buyer is not required to have professional representation to purchase real estate. Broker Commissions are not set by law and are fully negotiable. Prospective Buyer(s) " BuyeraEUR? hereby declares that they do not have professional representation and have not entered into a representation agreement. Prospective Buyer acknowledges the Agent is allocating time and resources and performing Broker Duties to facilitate the showing of the Property, and therefore should the Buyer choose to elect representation then Buyer shall be represented by Agent's brokerage for the purchase of the Property. Prospective Buyer hereby acknowledges, understands, and agrees with terms on this document." Followed by signatures Hope this helps

Canceling A real estate investment company?

Firstly I recommend that you contact a Real Estate Attorney in your area. Review your agreement carefully for any cancellation clauses or auto-renewal provisions. If they are unresponsive, send a written termination notice via certified mail stating that you are no longer bound by the agreement. If they continue to ignore your requests or attempt to enforce the contract beyond the agreed term, consult a real estate attorney or your local real estate board (assuming the are licensed) for guidance on formal termination options. The information provided in this response is for general informational purposes only and should not be considered legal advice. I am not an attorney, and this response does not create an attorney-client relationship. If you require legal assistance regarding your real estate contract or termination rights, please consult a qualified real estate attorney or legal professional in your jurisdiction.

    Can spouses buy property separately?

Yes, spouses can buy property separately, but ownership depends on state laws and financing requirements. In common law states, you can purchase property in your name alone, while in community property states (e.g., CA, TX, AZ), assets acquired during marriage may be jointly owned regardless of whose name is on the title. If financing the purchase, lenders may still consider your spouse's financial details since you file taxes jointly. To ensure sole ownership, you can take title individually or through an LLC or trust. Some states require a spousal waiver to prevent future claims. Consulting a real estate attorney can help you navigate the best ownership structure for your investment. Do unincorporated areas have lower taxes?

Yes, unincorporated areas often have lower property taxes because they are not subject to municipal taxes imposed by a city or town. However, this can mean fewer services such as city water and sewer, road maintenance, and emergency services. In contrast, incorporated properties may pay higher taxes but benefit from city-funded amenities like garbage collection, parks, and public infrastructure improvements. If both areas feed into the same school district, education quality may not differ, but municipal services might. Whether it's worth paying more to be incorporated depends on your preference for local services, infrastructure, and future development potential. Always check with the county tax assessor to compare exact tax rates and service differences in your specific location. What's the minimum age to buy a house?

In most states across the U.S., the minimum age to buy a house is 18 because that is the legal age to enter into a binding contract, including a mortgage agreement. It is possible to buy a house before you are 18 if buying with cash. Reach out to a local professional in your state for additional guidance.
