As a first time home buyer, Drake made the process so easy! He took the extra time to explain all of the paperwork in layman's terms which I really appreciated. He made sure I was getting the best deal possible and pushed for repairs. He made it a point to tell me if something couldn't get fixed by the seller then he would help me figure it out. And he did! The seller would not pay to get the dryer vented so Drake and the seller's realtor paid for me to get it vented. He was so great to work with!

Drake and the Rufus group did an amazing job helping us sell our townhome in Lynchburg. We are out of state owners and needed someone to really help own much of the selling process, including dealing with inspections, any repairs, etc and Drake and team stepped up and delivered. They have a great network of local experts to help with anything that comes up at truly great pricing to help minimize costs, and to ensure a smooth closing.
