Review for Doug From my research I found Dougs name as the highest rated, top seller for Port Orchard homes. Also agreeable is his long standing business located in Port Orchard. My 84 year old mothers house just closed today and we all feel that the best decision we made was choosing Doug as our realtor for the following reasons: 1. I met him 2 years before we listed the house and he gave us no pressure advice and selling info. 2. I chose him for his honesty and work ethic as well as the sense that he would be the person to find a path that is agreeable for everyone even if things go sideways. 3. He helped us through bidding wars, buyers pulling out, and negotiating new offers in a short period of time. 4. None of us live in Port Orchard and Doug found tradespeople to perform the requested repairs after the inspections as well as giving them access to the house to perform the repairs. That saved my life and our family harmony. 5. He was gracious and amiable about keeping my mom, brother, and myself all informed. 3 different inputs has got to be a lot to juggle. 6. He traveled to Kirkland to explain the listing, offers, and the final sale with clarity and patience to my mother. She would visibly relax and perk up when he explained each thing to her. There were no surprises as he prepared and discussed each decision beforehand with her so she did not get overwhelmed. I feel good about what the buyers received to start their new life as well as the price mom got to help her in her retirement years. It was all above board and respectful. I think that says a lot about how Doug works.

Kevin was there for us every step of the way. He was full of knowledge on all things old and new, but never pushy and always had our interests in choosing a home in mind. He was responsive to texts and calls and had no problem fitting to our schedule. He also was a great encourager when the search took us almost a year and we really thought that our home was not out. He was patient would take hours (and sometimes it did) explaining the pros and cons to each home. I would recommend him to anyone.
