Kevin was truly the absolute best real estate agent we couldve ever worked with. He made our first-time home-buying experience so easy and effortless. He truly cares about his clients and I noticed it from the first time that my husband and I talked to him on the phone. Kevin showed me multiple homes while my husband was still living in Japan, took video tours of each home and sent us very detailed descriptions of each home. He pointed out the pros and cons of each property we looked at, things to consider with each home and down the road when we go to potentially rent or sell the home. He went out of his way to show up for our new-home orientation at my request to have his assistance because of how much I trust his guidance and expertise. He even went out of his way to help us disassemble furniture in our home that was no longer needed and gave us connections to have the furniture relocated accordingly. He was always so responsive to our emails, phone calls and texts every day, always answering our questions and addressing our concerns within minutes.
