ZillowVERIFIED I found Mr. Cobb on Zillow's website. He returned my inquiry quickly. I wanted to do a short sale, But I knew nothing about how it worked. Mr. Cobb gave me all the proper paperwork that the mortgage company would have me to fill out. Although the mortgage company gave me a rough time to go, Mr. Cobb was right there hammering away fighting for me with the mortgage company. After 2mths Mr. Cobb sat down with me at the closing table. Just when I thought all was lost, he even had them cut me a check for "Sellers Incentive ". I expected this short sell to take longer than it did. Mr. Cobb listed my home and we had over 17 offers due to his expertise. I am grateful to him.
