ZillowVERIFIEDFinding the right realtor is always key in making your home sale stress free. Donna was the perfect realtor for the job. Not only is she professional and readily available but is also knowledgeable in the real estate industry. She guided us toward a marketable listing price for our property and kept us updated on every showing, inquiry and feedback from potential buyers. She allowed us the time to clean out the home before listing it and never pressured us to reduce the price, even when showings during the winter months became slow. Donna is honest, conscientious, and hardworking and wants the best for her clients. We are grateful for all her help and experience selling our home, we would definitely use her services in the future and would highly recommend her to others looking to sell or buy a home. Thank you again Donna for making the process such a breeze!

ZillowVERIFIED We had met Donna a few years ago when we were seeking waterfront property, but this was the first time we worked with her. From the items I picked 5 stars on you can see Donna has all her bases covered. So check off all of the superlatives. What most impressed me about the sale of our house is what happened after the close. The wife in the home buyers couple was still in town so she asked if she could come by, (we are leasing back for a few months). We, of course invited her over. But what she said, (one of the buyers) tells it all and I quote, aEURoeYou know that I was very impressed with Donna, she really worked hard for you, she showed us what was great about the house and how that this could be our home, she knew it would be a perfect fit for us and it is, we love the house.aEUR? Nothing left for my wife and I to say, but Thank you Donna!

ZillowVERIFIED Donna was incredibly helpful, knowledgable, and available as we worked with her to sell my parents' house. She clearly articulated the steps to follow; was always available to be at the house to let in contractors, take deliveries, etc.; was able to recommend people to do the work that needed to be done to ready the house for sale; and always took the time to answer our questions or provide support during the process. She was totally professional, and also very generous with her time, which was especially important to us since we live out of town and couldn't always be at the house. We highly recommend her!

ZillowVERIFIED We first met Donna at an open house 20+ years ago. I was impressed immediately with her attention to detail. We've called upon Donna for advice many times since then and she always offers a solid opinion. She is helpful without any strings attached. It's just her nature! We've engaged Donna in two purchases and one sale. Again, always the attention to detail. She is knowledgeable, attentive and caring! Both in selling and buying, Donna was taking care of all the details that inevitably occur and always kept communication going. If I sent an email, a text or placed a call, I could count on a response almost immediately (most times, immediately). She took care of any of our questions or concerns with the builder, the builder's realtor and the attorney. So many questions asked, so many details seen to! Now, we consider Donna a good friend. I give her name to anyone I meet who is selling or buying. She knows her stuff and is a true professional. We think very highly of Donna!

ZillowVERIFIED Donna is amazing! In this tough real estate market for buyers, Donna stuck with us week after week of searching, discussing pros and cons, and giving us great advice for the areas. At one point we decided to search in CT as the inventory for our price range was so low in RI. She happily met us all across CT and RI areas and never gave up hope. She also has a great network of finance contacts, insurance agents, repair services - everything we needed. After a year of searching, we finally found a perfect home and she negotiated a great price. She's the total package - she looked out for our best interests, and has all the right knowledge, experience, and resources. And she'll never give up! We highly recommend Donna!

ZillowVERIFIED We had a great experience with Donna. We connected with her about 5 years ago wanting to buy a new home, but we ultimately decided it wasn't the right time. She has stayed in touch with us in a friendly, no-pressure way ever since. So, when we were recently ready to move, we connected back with her to help sell our home. Three things that stood out for us about Donna is her detailed knowledge of the real estate process, her attentiveness and her loyalty. She always responded to a text or email, usually within minutes, and the information she provided was always accurate, clear and concise. She worked hard to make sure all decisions were in our best interest. Our home was an ancestral home and she was very respectful of that personal process we went through as sellers, as well. We highly recommend Donna for all of your real estate needs!

ZillowVERIFIED If you are looking for a realtor who is really on top of their game and actually CARES about doing an excellent job, go with Donna!I did quite a bit of research and chose Donna to sell our seasonal home due to her excellent track record. Within 3 days of listing our home Donna showed the house to dozens of potential buyers at all hours of the day, and we received 4 offers after the first weekend. Donna truly makes you feel like your needs are her number one priority. She was extremely responsive to all of my annoying questions via whatever mode of communication we preferred (text, e-mail, phone). I am a worrisome person, but Donna always seemed to calm my nerves and be one step ahead of me. Also, because I live over 90 minutes away from the home we were selling I thought it was going to be an annoyance driving back and forth, but Donna was always willing to take care of everything at the property and save me a ton of time and mileage! In addition, Donna has several connections in the area which was helpful for us in hiring contractors to complete some repairs that needed to be done quickly. I would recommend her to anyone and will certainly call her again when I'm in the market!
