Review Brittany was super helpful when I viewed a few homes. With the market being so weird right now, she was able to show me a glimpse of what condos would be in my price point by emailing me stuff frequently. She also got back to me quick via email, especially when there'd be a more in depth question about a policy. Since condos were my main focus, HOAs and their policies seemed to need more detailed explanation, due to contract vagueness. Brittany was able to clear some things up about that by either providing me a copy of HOA or finding out the answers herself. She also gave me her take on a few of the offer ideas I had, making sure it wasn't a low ball on my end. Her availability the 2 places we viewed was also flexible. I believe they were both Sunday tours. Overall, very nice person and super helpful. I have not found my home yet due to being a first time home buyer and the process being tedious/complex, and the market being unpredictable, but I recommend going to Brittany if you want to work with someone who is prompt, professional, and really nice and understanding about what someone is looking for.

Review My wife and I felt Jenny did a fantastic job for us. We came from out of state to Camas to get a feel for the types of housing available and a real estate friend in our are recommended Donna Roberts group. We contacted them and they put us in touch with Jenny. She showed up at our hotel on a Saturday morning, sat down with us to understand our wants and needs and then took us around to a number of neighborhoods and houses that she thought might work. We took Sunday to orient ourselfs and do some exploring and then on Monday ask Jenny if she could show us a few more as we narrowed our scope. That day we found our house. We had not bought a house in 20 years, but Jenny guided us smoothly through the entire process. Over the next two months as our house construction was being completed, Jenny was our local contact with the builder. She gave us tips on the local area, met with our inspector and made sure the house was ready for close. We would recommend Jenny to anyone looking for a home in the area.

Review My husband and I moved up to Washington state and weren't familiar with the area, or the housing market. When we decided to purchase our first home, we were so lucky to have Korey with the Donna Roberts Group! Since we didnt know the area well, Korey sat down with us and asked us questions about what we were looking for in a house. He was able to help us narrow down which areas we would like to live in. He also let us know what to expect in this home buying process. Then the fun part (fun for us anyway)! Korey started showing us homes. Some homes he found for us, other homes we found. Whenever we wanted to see a home, Korey was extremely quick to get us an appointment to view the house. I am more of an emotional buyer (I would walk through a home and fall in love, then go home and second guess everything). I didnt make it easy for Korey, but he was always patient with us (my husband would like me to point out that IM the one that Korey needed patience for). When we finally found the right house for us, Korey jumped on the listing and helped us make an offer. Luckily the sellers accepted our offer and we were on our way to becoming first time home buyers. We had some issues within the home but Korey helped us negotiate for what we needed and we were able to close quickly! We would absolutely recommend Korey Brusseau with the Donna Roberts Group.
