We contacted her recently when needing to sell my mother?s home as an estate in Selden. Donna helped us to handle the sale with compassion and empathy. She also was very knowledgeable about the process of an estate sale. She was able to provide great referrals to help with removing the contents of the home and cleaning, and the legal process. Donna was able to bring in multiple offers and had the house to contract very quickly. We reached out to Donnas real estate office about a year and a half before we were planning to do a long-distance move to LI, and Donna took the time to speak with us at the beginning of our search and a few times throughout to check in to see where we were. She sent us local listings for over a year, which was helpful in getting a feel for the market from afar. Once we settled on a weekend to come out and do the home search in earnest, Donna was able to set up appointments for us to see a lot of properties in a short period of time, especially given that there wasnt a ton of inventory. Once we saw something we liked, she was able to guide us through making an offer quickly and then made follow up negotiations as painless as possible. Donna even helped us to get the inspection scheduled the same day as our offer was accepted so that wed be able to be at the inspection in person! We were very pleased with the whole process and very impressed with Donnas skill in helping us navigate an unfamiliar market and her responsiveness to our many questions and concerns throughout the process.
