I chose Don Callahan because of his reputation in the area but I was also very impressed by his connections to the community. Take a stroll through Team Callahan's website and you will see evidence of how Don and his crew connect and give back to the local area. This is not only impressive, it is also quite rare. Don felt like a friend from our first visit at the property I was selling - and I certainly consider him as such now. From step one to the final closing Don, Jesse, Chris and all his team members were communicative, helpful and professional. Don went out of his way to connect me to cleaning companies, junk removal services and others he personally knew who helped me clear out and clean the property for sale. The photographer he brought in did an amazing job and the marketing presence was first rate - open houses, email blasts, website promotion, etc. - and everything was done in a timely fashion. I would recommend Don and Team Callahan to anyone who wants an old-world realtor experience combined with the the best in 21st century technology.
