Working with Alex was a very pleasant experience and there were no problems orchestrating the purchase of my home. He was very knowledgeable and explained everything throughout the process.During the initial home search he was very responsive and was always happy to discuss the new houses I found and offered his opinion on the pros and cons of the features of the house.Due to the current market and my search criteria, I was able to narrow my search down to a couple homes very quickly and ended up only viewing one in person. There were some difficulties on the sellers agents end, but Alex was very flexible in when he could come show me the home. The viewings didnt feel rushed and he had a lot of knowledge about maintenance of the homes, what to look for, certain quirks to look out for, etc.Once the home went under contract, Alex was a great help during the inspection process. He reviewed the reports and brought up questions to the inspector that I didnt even think of. After closing he was still attentive and checked in to make sure things were going well and if I still had questions.Overall Id highly recommend Alex to any home buyers.
