About Don Johnson PC

I was born and raised in the Portland Metro area. I have lived in a lot of other places but always came back home to the place I love.... Portland Metro. It's been exciting to be involved in the growth of the area. I have done everything from develop residential housing subdivisions to operating a gravel pit & everything in between. I like to bring a sense of fun to a sometimes stressful process. A real estate transaction is a process not an event. I will sometimes talk to my clients on a daily basis when involved with them in a transaction. I become like a family member to them and quite often I become close friends not just a trusted professional. I have created many close personal friends thru my almost 29 years as a broker. I live in a 1906 Historic Home on Main Street in Hillsboro. It gives me a place to connect with my community and become closer to to my clients which is necessary because of the high stress level that a real estate transaction can sometimes bring. I have integrated Real Estate into many aspects of my life but yet understand that there has to be some amount of separation from my personal life because real estate can sometimes all consuming. I LOVE what I do and it shows when you look at the hundreds of happy and satisfied clients and customers I have been involved with over the last 2+ decades. Over the years I have worked with Don on a number of investment properties and a couple of primary residents. Although he has become a friend I would not let that influence me when it comes to making such important decisions without implicit trust in his integrity, knowledge and professionalism. I often interviewed agents if I thought they might give me an advantage and time and time again I came back to Don Johnson P.C. because of the simple fact that he is the best. When it comes to land use and the laws that govern real estate transactions you need an expert and this man is just that. Don and I have worked countless properties over the years. As a mortgage provider my relationship with him is on a different level.
