Worked with him twice (on behalf of family, a couple of years apart) and both times, sold quickly and above the listing price. He is easy to work with, no nonsense, and gives great advice. If you need help to prep the home, he has resources readily available that he can recommend. If you don't know what you should do/not do to prep, he runs the numbers and his advice is always spot on. He knows WA really well and can gave us good insights to the neighborhood. He's upfront with his opinions when it comes to things that might affect the value of the home in the future. We had put in several offers and was outbid by buyers that waived inspections. We didn't want to go that route and was able to get a house at asking and even 7.5k towards closing! Not only does he know and understand the real estate market in his area, he also has an extensive network of contractors and other connections. Whenever I came up against a wall or an issue, he knew 2 or 3 people I could choose from to help me out of the jam. Because of this, he saved me thousands of dollars on work getting the house ready to sell. When he noticed the dock and the driveway needed cleaning, he brought over his power washer and spent all day cleaning. When the dock needed some repairs, he showed up with his tools and helped us complete the repairs. Anything that needed to be done he made sure it was done. I can't say enough about what a fantastic job he did getting this house sold in a really tough market.
