ZillowVERIFIED Don is an amazing realtor. He not only sold my house in record time, he also helped me find the perfect house to buy. My house sold quickly due to Don's knowledge of the area and market values. He walked me through every step of the way and was always available to answer any and all questions that I had. The process of selling one house and buying another at the same time can be quite daunting. Don was always right there making sure all of the pieces fit together and took away the worry. Without a doubt, best realtor I've ever worked with. I would very highly recommend him. He is honest, trustworthy, knowledgeable, and always putting your needs above all else! Thank you Don for making this experience the best I've ever had!

ZillowVERIFIED He was very nice and was always quick to respond when I had questions. He lead me in the right direction for the house I wanted. He worked around my schedule because I was limited on times I could meet. He was willing to even look at houses on weekends with me. He was knowledgeable on the houses. He knew what they were supposed to look like and gave me ideas on how to improve the house. If a house wasnt fit for me he was quick to say this isnt what we are looking for. He was still willing to look at it with me though.

ZillowVERIFIED We chose Don to help us find a new home. He is very patient, upfront, and honest, and has a good sense of humor. He stuck with us on multiple showings, until we finally found the right one. He was always available to us for showings (even at the last minute) and questions. He was so helpful throughout the whole process. Most importantly, he knows the area and is part of the fabric of the community. We really appreciated that. We had the best realtor and found the perfect home! Highly recommend Don for any buying or selling needs.

ZillowVERIFIED Don went the extra mile for us that other agents we interviewed did not offer to do. He suggested upgrades within our budget, lined up contractors and oversaw the work as we live clear across the country to maximize the house's potential. Highly recommend

ZillowVERIFIED Hands down the BEST realtor!!!! His knowledge was endless, Don is very confident and reliable. He truly works for YOU. I work nights, so essentially Don switched gears as well. Most all our communication took place when I was awake, alert, and ready. Even if that was at 1:00 am. Having Don on our side gave us such confidence in this life changing experience. His patience never ran dry and his go getter work ethic never ran low. Don our family can't Thank You enough for all your hard work!! ZillowVERIFIED Don Bayes is an energetic, enthusiastic realtor that made the home buying process almost fun! My wife and I were lost trying to find a home, tons of websites, old listings, we were having a hard time. Don was very knowledgeable of the areas we wanted to look at for our home. He was able to give us a tour of the town, give us a few fun facts, and even show us where the nearest Taco bell was. I had also heard tons of horror stories about the home buying process, with Don on my team, I was informed, and ready for what was to come. Thanks for helping us find our dream home!
