With first time home buying we heard many different horror stories. We are overseas looking to by a house in the states so we were prepared for the worst. Luckily we found Dom and this has by far been the easiest process in our military life. We would almost have to pinch ourselves to see if this was real because Dom was so knowledgeable in his art of Real Estate. He is very competent, kind, and truly cares for his clients and the service he is able to provide them. We did not have any doubts throughout this process with him. All the advice he gave always made sense and came through 100%. He looks at both perspectives of you as the buyer and you as a future seller. We are recommending him to all of our friends, especially overseas. Buying a house unseen is serious trust, and we had all our trust in him. I wish there were 10 stars I could give Dominique McShan! From getting our house ready to sell, the staging, putting it up for sale, getting it sold fast, and all the way to the closing was one of the smoothest processes Ive experienced. Dominique walked us through every step. He was ALWAYS available to answer every question and kept us informed about every update that was happening. He was AWESOME!!! If you are ever looking to sell a house or buy one for that matter, I would definitely recommend him 10 toes down!!!
