With first time home buying we heard many different horror stories. We are overseas looking to by a house in the states so we were prepared for the worst. Luckily we found Dom and this has by far been the easiest process in our military life. We would almost have to pinch ourselves to see if this was real because Dom was so knowledgeable in his art of Real Estate. He is very competent, kind, and truly cares for his clients and the service he is able to provide them. We did not have any doubts throughout this process with him. All the advice he gave always made sense and came through 100%. He looks at both perspectives of you as the buyer and you as a future seller. We are recommending him to all of our friends, especially overseas. Buying a house unseen is serious trust, and we had all our trust in him. Thank you for a seamless transition into our new home, Dom! God bless you in the advancement of your career.

James and Veronica were amazing from start to finish on purchasing our new home in Texas. They provided all the information we needed coming from out of state and met our request with no problems. Even when we had to pivot, due to unforeseen circumstances, they knew exactly how to help. You will not be disappointed working with the James Chapa Group!

My husband and I loved our experience as first time home buyers! Veronica and James are always helpful and informational and we feel very secure and excited in our new home!

If I could add more stars, I would!! James is an outstanding realtor!! He was very responsive, was present at each step of our buying process, and his expertise in realty is a shining example of what all realtors should aspire to be!! We can't be happier with our home, and James would be my first recommendation for anyone in the market to buy or sell!!

Very helpful throughout the entire process and communicated well. Was always there through every appointment and gave sound advice. If I had to do it all over I will choose Dom hands down.
