ZillowVERIFIEDI will never use or recommend Petruzzelli Inc to anyone. Dominic and his team seriously breached my sale contract through their negligence and misrepresentation during and after the my sale. They mishandled very important paperwork and because of this Dominic chose to use derogatory comments towards me. Their unprofessionalism caused a severe loss of irreplaceable items and a financial hardship on my family. After closing Dominic realized they failed to follow through on a planned 10-Day rent back but the damage was ireversable and Dominic felt it was appropriate to degraded me making light of ithe situation they caused, and afterward I strongly believe Dominic tried to bribe me for silence because of their negligence. If you choose to use this reality do so with extreme caution.

ZillowVERIFIED We first worked with Dominic over 10 years ago when he helped us purchase our dream beach home. At the time, he guided us with professionalism, constant communication, and even re-negotiated terms when unexpected issues arose. That experience set the bar high aEUR" and its why we had no hesitation calling him again when it came time to sell our primary home. Once again, Dominic exceeded our expectations. His weekly video updates were stellar, keeping us fully informed and making the process stress-free. We especially appreciated his unfiltered, honest feedback on pricing and on what was worth fixing (and what wasnt) prior to listing aEUR" advice that truly made a difference. Dominic is the kind of agent who earns long-term trust. After two transactions a decade apart, we can confidently say he is consistent, professional, and client-focused. If youre looking for an agent who combines clear communication, market expertise, and genuine care, Dominic and his team are the ones to call.

ZillowVERIFIED I have worked with Dominic and his team three times and will continue to do so! Most recently I worked with Alex B. who is military like myself and he was very knowledgeable about military benefits when buying a house. He was great at telling it like it is and helped me get into a home that met my criteria close to work. The process was seamless and easy for me. Alex and the rest of the team took care of all the paperwork and explained everything so me and my 3rd grade education could understand.I can't recommend them enough to anyone I know is in the market for a home.

ZillowVERIFIED Dom has been my buyers and sellers agent and I have always got more than expected. He sold my first home for over asking price the day it listed which was a huge shock. I was living out of state and it was as easy as if I was living next door to him. When I moved back to Wa a few years later he helped me find a perfect house right before the Wa housing market went crazy high. Repeat customer for life.

ZillowVERIFIED I have worked with Dominic and his team twice now, and will continue to use them for my real estate needs. Dominic is a very friendly, motivated, knowledgeable, and professional. He is very easy to work with and always made time to show me potential homes as soon as they went on the market, which is crucial in these competitive buying times. He worked hard to make sure my offer beat out other offers. The rest of his team has been great to work with as well, they are very responsive and friendly.

ZillowVERIFIED Dominic and his team were fantastic to work with during the sale of our house and the purchase of our new home. My sister and her husband recommended Dominic, and I'm so glad that we took that recommendation and hired his teamaEUR"they did not disappoint! Dominic works hard to make everything run smoothly, and he uses his knowledge of the real estate market and technology to his advantage in getting the job done. I appreciated this aspect of his work because we live in a time when it is necessary to reach people in all sorts of mannersaEUR"mail, websites, social media sites, etc. Our house went on the market just as Covid-19 hit, and this pandemic definitely made buying and selling a home interesting. Dominic was unphased by the turn of events and used technology to offer virtual tours of home. Potential buyers could also text for house information and watch a fun video about our house on multiple websites. Dominic also went above and beyond in showing us homes by promptly showing us homes we were interested in and setting up viewings on any day or at any hour. He also set up automatic emails to us when new listings came up that matched our search criteria. Dominic was fun to work with because he has great energy and is just a fun person. His easy going nature definitely helped us keep calm during the stressful moments of selling and buying a house that inevitably come up. His assistant, Stephanie, was always professional in her communications with us, and she quickly answered any questions we had. We definitely recommend Dominic and his team to anyone looking for a realtor!

ZillowVERIFIED Working with Dominic and Heather was incredible! From start to finish, the Pettruzzelli team were professional and informative. I had the privilege of working directly with Heather who went above and beyond being available whenever I had questions or wanted to look at a property. As a 1st time home buyer I was unfamiliar with the home buying process but their guidance made everything easy. Each step was smooth and successful. I would highly recommend the Pettruzzelli team to anyone looking to buy a home.

ZillowVERIFIED After a lot of bad experiences with realtors recently, I was skeptical and short with Dominic. They went beyond what I was expecting and really blew me away for what we were able to sell my house for. His team was excellent and always there to help and answer my questions and cater to my needs. I couldn't be happier with how this all worked out!

ZillowVERIFIED We recently moved to the West Coast and were looking for a house to buy. We were really lucky to come across Dominic Pettruzzelli and his team at Keller Williams. Heather, the buyer's agent, was our main point of contact and from the very first visit, we knew that we were in good hands. She conducted a very thorough intake and asked us a bunch of questions on what we are looking for in a realtor and a house. She showed us a bunch of houses, in a few different areas and was really understanding about us having to bring a cranky toddler along to many, many house showings! We found our dream house, and Heather was very helpful in assisting us in crafting the perfect offer. Throughout the rest of the process, she was very response and helpful (it had been a while since we had bought a house and we had lots of questions!). We are so thrilled with our house and our experience, we would recommend Heather to anyone looking to buy a house! Thank you!

ZillowVERIFIED Our experiences with Dominic have always been very pleasant! We have used him to buy and sell homes. The team is kind, attentive and very easy to work with. Communication and attention to detail concerning personal needs and desires are on point. Not only that, but the advertising has grown excessively and progressively. I love the individual videos Dominic and the camera crew does to market a home. Each individual property is showcased as a mini show for their property they're trying to sell. Each one is entertaining and suited to the individual home! Also, as icing on the cake, the team offers funded group client trips that are always a great adventure! Personally, I couldn't be happier having Dominic as our realtor and his team for each experience we've consulted on together!

ZillowVERIFIED We thoroughly enjoyed working with Dominic and Stephanie. We were drawn to his fortitude and creativity and unconventional/fresh way of thinking and approaching the process. They don't do things in the usual way, and we were blown away by the quality and care that was given, from meeting with us, the photos and video, to presenting offers and the transaction process. Everything went smoothly and well. They went above and beyond, and we loved the vision that Dominic and his team brought.

ZillowVERIFIED I cannot say enough excellent things about the Dominic Pettruzzelli Real Estate team. We used Heather Berger for our realtor and she was fanatic! She took the time to listen to what we wanted in a home and a realtor. Within a day, she already had a list of houses for us to look at. Throughout the entire process, she was always available to answer questions and guided us thoughout the process. In the rare cases that Heather was not available, Dominic and Stephanie were always available to help us. This is key in the fast pace real estate market. If you are looking for a real estate team that is above the rest, then look no further then the Dominic Pettruzzelli Team!!!

ZillowVERIFIED Social Media meets Real Estate! The quality of pictures is something I have noticed whenever I look at real estate listings and not only does this team have the top notch newest technology for pictures, the team uses professional videographers to create a stunning real life experience of life in the home. Our newly remodeled home had an amazing entertainment space in our open concept kitchen great room and our video highlighted this by documenting a Friendsgiving crowd, visiting and eating and having plenty of space. They have a very user friendly website that tells you daily the activity on your listing and all the views you are receiving on the various platforms. The agents worked to create an equitable resolution to our negotiations, so that was appreciated. The day of our video shoot, Dom, the team lead, even rolled up his sleeves and helped us with staging and final touches, as in turning the drawer pulls around on our custom vanity, who knew they shipped turned inwards!?

ZillowVERIFIED What drew me in particular to this team was the happenstance meeting with Dominic and a short conversation realizing that he and his team have the wherewithall and the knowledge to distribute the information in a hitech way. The disruption in how he markets was incredible, and the reach was endless. It was intriguing, entertaining, and drew out of town buyers. This was all generated through a Trulia Conversation. His team is creative, fun, hitech, and timeliness in responses. I was hesitant at first because they were located in Mount Vernon, but the distance didn't seem to hinder them at all. We would call and he would show up. We made the decision on a Friday night that we wanted to list our home, and bam, he was there that night and prepared. He already had a price and the reasons behind it. I feel like it was priced just right for what we could have hoped for. He was very realistic, honest, and was able to lay out the plan on how it would all unfold. We have heard from friends that they have seen our home multiple times through YouTube and other advertising avenues.

ZillowVERIFIED Dominic and Heather represented us in the sale of a small older home in the Sedro Woolley area. Their knowledge and understanding of the market gave us confidence in following their advice with regard to pricing and marketing strategy. The small size and age of the home presented a number of frustrating challenges and delays during the sales process, but their continual attentiveness, communications and support helped keep things moving forward. The Pettruzzelli Team went above and beyond in helping to bring our transaction to a close, and I am very glad we chose them to represent us.

ZillowVERIFIED Dom and his team were amazing. I'm a pharmacist and a first-time home buyer who just moved to the area for a position at the hospital in Bellingham but the market was crazy and I was quickly overwhelmed when trying to find the perfect home. During the searching phase, they were always encouraging and patient. When showing houses they offered insight into things I wouldn't have otherwise considered. After my offer was accepted, they advocated for me in ways I neither expected nor requested. They take their job seriously and they aren't satisfied until you are. I'd 100% recommend them to a friend AND go to them for my future housing needs.

ZillowVERIFIED I'm a bookkeeper in Mount Vernon who grew up in Anacortes. After living in Mount Vernon for 10 years, I realized that I'd like to be back in Anacortes closer to friends and family. With my child starting kindergarten, I felt that I was on a time crunch. Dominic and his team made my dream a reality. They had fantastic communication with me throughout the whole process. Any questions I had, no matter how small, was answered in a prompt manner. Once my house was under contract, it was time to look for a new one. Dominic was very patient while looked for the perfect home for my family and showed me 5 houses, some more than once. I am now enjoying my dream home with a water view close to the beach, parks, and my friends and family.

ZillowVERIFIED Dominic Petruzzelli responded initially to my request for help when I called the phone # on a sign outside a house for sale. He showed me a couple of houses and was very courteous. By the ~3rd house, Jenna Estefan showed up at the house as Dominic was busy that day. I worked with Jenna from then on until I found a house to purchase. Jenna was great. Courteous and respectful, not pushy or invasive, and very available (worked around my schedule as I work full-time). I highly recommend Jenna. It was my first time purchasing a house so I didn't know what to expect, but Jenna make things relatively easy. I don't have prior experience for comparison, but definitely can recommend her to friends.
