Negotiating was a skill I honed early in life, whether it was persuading for a later bedtime, or heading down to South Florida flea markets where my parents would encourage me to, "work a deal" on a comic book or a kitchen gadget. Even back then, I loved the thrill of asking for what I want. (and welcoming new people) I relocated to Portland from Florida in 2010, and am grateful to have built an incredible life here in this weird city. I'm always thinking about real estate. I love wheeling and dealing! Before I was a Realtor, I started the journey as an investor. Fun fact: I helped an investment group flip over 100 properties my first 2 years in industry! I've had a rental portfolio for over 10 years and dabble in all areas of the industry. My speciality is the concierge level service we can deliver when someone wants to sell and let us take the wheel. My team and I love to work as project managers and orchestrate the 50 different vendors & contractors to make miracles happen in short amounts of time. We cannot thank Dill Ward enough after working with her on the sale of our home in Portland, Oregon. We had purchased our new home and moved. Dill and her Team came in and cleaned up our old home (and there was a ton to clear out, haul away, and clean inside and out), completed previously unfinished remodeling projects, and staged the home to perfection. The home sold the 1st week in a market that had just raised interest rates to over 7.5%. Seriously, the home looked so good, we didn?t recognize it. Dill then guided us through the sale process, keeping us informed every step of the way, always available for Q&A, always keeping us on track. Even under great circumstances, the back and forth of selling a 1920?s home can be a lot while working and setting up a new household. From initial offer, through inspections, and haggling, Dill was there for us all the way. Dill had previously helped us buy this home 5 years ago, and now she?s helped us realize our dream of selling and moving to our dream retirement home (and btw, she also helped us find the realtor in the new state we moved to ? so she?s actually assisted us on 2 purchases and 1 sale). I couldnt have asked for a better guide, coach, and advocate. The best part is that she makes the whole process fun. For example, there were moments when I wasn?t sure if we would ever find the right property. Dill kept us going, and she ended up finding the one that worked best for us.
