ZillowVERIFIED Where do I begin? Dilara was absolutely the most amazing and best realtor we have had! She was always so kind, thoughtful, and treated us with so much respect and kindness. She replied fast and answered any questions we asked. She kept us up to date and in the loop of things going down between us selling our home and the buyer's side. The buyer's side made things so difficult that pushed us back several times, but Dilara worked hard and we closed on our home on the first offer! I definitely recommend her, she is very knowledgeable about everything and keeps it very truthful and honest, and we never once felt like we were just a commission or sale to her unlike our first realtor we had. ZillowVERIFIED Where do I begin with Dilara! I'm not very easy to please and I can be a tough cookie at times. She is not only a GREAT realtor but a person who is truly compassionate about what she does, she takes every clients needs like a friend. Shes highly knowledgeable about the area and extremely on top of things! We were able to buy our very first home in a very short timeline (military retirement) only hours on the market with several other offers in place. Its a very competitive area but She made sure we got our dream home and kept us in the loop the entire time every step of the way! I cant give her enough stars and recommend her to everyone we know looking. ZillowVERIFIED Our current neighbors in Fredericksburg referred us to Dilara for purchase of our first home. Mind you this was first time we were purchasing house so naturally had a lot of question. She was receptive at first but after we rejected couple of listings, she recommended she started to completely ignore us. I would not recommend Dilara to anyone. I have found her extremely self-centered and unreliable. I would prefer someone who had fewer listings and provided greater individual attention. She is more focused on her commission than client needs.
