As a result of that experience, we requested her assistance as we looked to move to Marietta. Diane helped line up several visits to existing homes as well as new construction homes. We ended up contracting to build a house from the ground up in a new development ... and she helped with every step in the the entire process. She has a wealth of experience and she helped track details and made sure that we didn't miss anything. In addition, since she took the time to learn about us, she was an excellent sounding board for us with design elements for our new house. ZillowVERIFIED We started working with Diane about 2 years ago. We thought we knew what we wanted but when we went out to look at some of the houses with her we realized we had a few things we needed to figure out before it 'got real'. Earlier this year we decided to watch the market for availability of our new requirements for houses. Fast forward to this past May we contacted Diane out of the blue about a house that interested us that had become available based on Zillow's updates. Diane set up a viewing the next day (we had contacted her at like 8 or 9pm) and within two days we were under contract. There were a total of 5 other offers on the house and Diane helped us seal the deal! The process was swift (could have taken less than 30 days, but we were flexible on closing date for the sellers). Diane made sure promises were kept, inspections were done in a timely manner and walk throughs were painless. She was always there for any questions we had as this was our first experience with purchasing a house. If we ever are in the market again, we will be for sure texting Diane, hopefully at a more reasonable time, to get the process started on buying a new house and selling our current house! We couldn't be happier :)

For example, she pointed out homes that had Louisiana Pacific siding and taught us what to look for. She explained why we should avoid that type of siding. She didn't push us to buy a home that wasn't right for us. When we walked into a home that had an issue, she was quick to point it out so we were aware even though she could have not said anything and let us proceed with making an offer. I feel like she truly had our best interests at heart. She was always incredibly quick to respond to emails and texts. Buying a home was incredibly stressful, but having Diane made the process better. When we buy another home, we will use Diane.
