Fast forward to 2019 and we decided to sell our house. There was no question who we would work with - it was always going to be Diane. Our situation was a little complicated because we were living in the UK so we did a lot of communication over email. She was extremely diligent about giving us updates on the house and she even went so far as to intervene on our behalf in a couple of situations where it was just easier to have someone local take care of something. Her team worked really very hard to understand the gravity of the fixes. She then worked with the Seller to ensure the repairs where 1) completed or 2) reimbursed for at closing. She is AMAZING. Her team is GREAT. This is a very unique property on a lake that took a year to complete the repairs.
