ZillowVERIFIEDWe have known Diane for many years. She has always been very helpful in any transaction. Her knowledge of the realestate market, including the best loans available, government agencies is excellent. The most recent time we have used her was to sell a piece of land.

ZillowVERIFIED Diane went above and beyond to help me find and purchase my new home. She was so very helpful and attentive to my every need and concern during the entire process. She stayed in touch throughout and was always available when I needed her to be. Due to unforeseen circumstances, the closing date may have had to be postponed; however, Diane stepped up to the plate as she always does, and closing went smoothly on the appointed date. I greatly appreciate and respect Diane both personally and professionally.

ZillowVERIFIED Diane took time with us to find out exactly what we were looking for and then helped us find-and purchase-our dream piece of property. Her local knowledge and contacts have proven most helpful as weve navigated thru the purchase and begin the process of making it our home. I would absolutely recommend Diane to anyone looking for property in this part of Va.

ZillowVERIFIED Diane goes above and beyond for her clients. She could not have been more helpful with both buying and selling our house! We had few issues when we bought but major issues with the house when we sold. Diane helped us find the right people to fix all of the problems that this house had. She stayed in touch on a regular basis.

ZillowVERIFIED She knows the market and for buying my home she got me a better price than I offered. I didnt even ask her to try to get a better price. She was able to answer all the questions about the property that I had. She provided all the detailed information I asked for. She helped me with all the steps of buying.

ZillowVERIFIED We live in Michigan and wanted to buy rental property in my husband's home town of Wytheville, Virginia. Buying property sight unseen takes a leap of faith and a lot of trust in the realtor. DIANE HAWKINS met all are needs for time constraints, community and professional service knowledge, honest discussion of pros and cons of the two properties we made offers on, and day or night help us finalize the closing for the property we just purchased. She was so much fun to work with and helped us face set-backs with practical recommendations and support. If you need a details oriented realtor, DIANE HAWKINS is the one for you!

ZillowVERIFIED Diane was EXTREMELY helpful and timely in assisting myself and my wife in looking at homes in the area. I would recommend her to anyone. She was pleasant, knowledgeable, and very friendly. Upon arrival at the house in Rural Retreat, she pulled in at the same time and was very informed on the home being shown.

ZillowVERIFIED Diane was nearly impossible to get a hold of and never returned emails or calls on a consistent basis. My guess is she does this job very "part-time"

ZillowVERIFIED I needed to find a home in a very short amount of time. Diane was able to help me find a home for me in a great neighborhood. I was able to see the home, make an offer on the home and was able to close on the house in a matter of three short weeks.

ZillowVERIFIED Diane is the BEST. She not only goes the extra mile to help you sell but to find what you are looking for. She helped me in 2008 sell my home and sold it the first day. Now I'm selling again and already have contract. Thanks Diane !
