Diana was referred to me by a friend's agent and I couldn't be happier with the experience! Buying a house long distance and sight unseen was stressful, but Diana made it so easy. Setting up accounts, referring out services for me since I didn't know the area, and basically spoonfeeding me the process helped loads. She took the time to video tour places for me as soon as they were available. Giving insights and information before I even asked. Overall Diana was awesome and I highly recommend her services!

We were moving from out of state and told her our budget and the area we wanted to live and what we wanted in a rental. She was very quick in sending us info on quite a few houses. Diana made our move stress free knowing we wouldn't see the house in person before we moved in. She went and looked at our top choices and took her own pictures and video for us and then called to tell us everything she thought we would want to know. The home inspector she referred us to was fabulous, and she was also very helpful in locating contractors to estimate the repairs. She also made the paperwork easy to review and execute, and was very responsive about questions we had about the various contract documents and notices.
